We are proud to announce our September Hero of the Month, Derek Branco
Derek serves is a KEY member of our leadership team here at the Woodruff Family YMCA serving as our Facilities Director. His primary responsibility may be to keep our facility in fantastic shape but his role reaches far deeper.
Derek consistently goes above and beyond for our Y, our staff, our members and our community. He is always willing to lend a hand and help out in any way he can… no matter what it is. He shows up each day and does what he does, not for recognition or a pat on the back, but because of his dedication to us, our Y and our community.
We are truly thankful to have him on our team and more importantly part of our community and I cannot think of anyone else more fitting to be recognized as one your Heroes.
